BOOKING & DEPOSIT:

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking. Please note that once a deposit is paid we will hold the booking for you and turn away other guests. The balance is payable on arrival.

CANCELLATION TERMS:
If we are able to re-sell the room we will arrange for a refund of the deposit pro rata – less a 10% handling fee. This also applies to changes in dates, guests or terms of the original booking.

In the extreme circumstances like Acts of God, Force Major (like COVID-19) etc., your deposit will be strictly non-refundable.

We advise you to take out personal travel insurance, particularly if you are not certain that your travel will materialize.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:

Check In: From 14:00 until 18:00 or by prior arrangement.
Check Out: By 11:00 am or by prior arrangement. Should this check out time be overdrawn without prior management permission, an additional night will be charged.

HOUSE RULES:

All our rooms are NON-SMOKING and the preparation of SEAFOOD is not permitted. A penalty will be charged.
Loss of keys or keys not being returned on check out: R1500 will be deducted from the credit card.
Guests are liable for damages incurred during their stay.
All facilities of the house are strictly for guests only, visitors have to be announced and permitted in by management.
No open fires or barbecues permitted.
No children under 15.
No pets.
